robot dreams

Some similartiies between 1984 and robot dreams are that the robots and the people act one in the same. they both do not feel as humans should. Also both worlds use people for doing the dirty work of "higher authorities." The robots and humans arte told what to do and think, what to believe in. Another important thing about both of them is that if either human or robot becomes a danger to society, they shoot them.

Some differences between both books arethat humans are humans and robots simply are not. they probably also live in different places, different worlds, environments.

George Orwell would probably tell asimov at a luncheon that robots would never have taken over humans positions in working fields as much as he has you believe. also the government would much rather have control over the people as they can make them do as they wish. they would agree on, however, that the government does and probably always will have a way over the people to a certain extent.it depends on the poeple on how far they will let the government control them.
